Gibt es einen Infotec Druckertreiber für macOS 27 und Apple Silicon?
Infotec hat für viele ältere Drucker nie Apple-Silicon-Versionen der Mac-Treiber veröffentlicht. Sie brauchen Rosetta, und macOS 27 stuft reine Intel-Druckertreiber als inkompatibel ein. Apple beendet Rosetta für Programme mit macOS 28. Dieses kostenlose Paket bringt native arm64-Treiber für 122 Infotec-Modelle mit, sie drucken also auf jedem Apple-Silicon-Mac ohne Rosetta.
Warum meldet mein Infotec-Drucker „Die Druckersoftware ist nicht mit diesem Gerät kompatibel“?
Der Infotec-Treiber auf dem Mac läuft nur auf Intel. Installiere dieses Paket, starte den Mac einmal neu und stecke den Drucker dann aus und wieder ein.
Hilft es, Rosetta neu zu installieren?
Manchmal, und nur vorerst. Nach einer Neuinstallation von Rosetta laufen manche alten Druckertreiber wieder, sobald du den Drucker löschst und neu hinzufügst. Andere bleiben als „Software nicht kompatibel“ markiert. Apple beendet Rosetta für Programme mit macOS 28, dann stoppt der alte Treiber des Herstellers wieder. Dieser Treiber braucht kein Rosetta.
Läuft es unter macOS 26 Tahoe und macOS 15 Sequoia?
Ja. Es läuft auf Apple-Silicon-Macs ab macOS 12 und funktioniert nach dem Update auf macOS 27 weiter.
Mein Drucker ist im WLAN oder wurde nicht automatisch eingerichtet.
Installiere den Treiber, öffne dann Systemeinstellungen → Drucker & Scanner, klicke auf Hinzufügen, wähle deinen Drucker, wähle bei Verwenden „Software auswählen…“ und nimm dein Modell, das auf „Apple Silicon“ endet.
